God of War: Ascension

Here are some characters that I created for the most recent God of War. I have been a fan of the franchise and Greek mythology for a long time. It was an amazing project to be involved and a highlight of my career.

This was a demo I did for my students at CDA. I had a ton of fun working on these sketches with them. I plan on doing a final design when I have the free time. You can see a sample of the process here...

Gor: color test

I played Warhammer growing up and have always enjoyed the universe. I decided to bring some of the hordes of Chaos to life. This is my first stab a faction of Beatsmen known as the Gor. This is an early color test but I wanted to share my progress so far. I hope to work on this design and others in between projects.

Recently CGSociety released a new way to learn online. We have worked together to turn my 3 week course into Training on Demand course. You will have access to over 12 hours of videos. I have been incredibly inspired by insects recently and wanted to do a few creepy crawler inspired designs. I will make sure and post more of these pests as I finish them!

Concept Design Workshp demos

I had a great time at the Concept Design Workshop in Adelaide. A big thanks to Simon Scales and his team for an awesome experience. Here are a few of the demos I produced for the workshop. I will be expanding upon these designs and creating a DVD as well for CDW, so stay tuned for more details!
                                             

Happy New Year

Happy New Year everyone! What better way to start the new year off then with some Tolkien inspired creatures. I was really inspired after seeing The Hobbit and decided to make one of the many foul creatures of middle earth.

I also have news on classes I will be teaching very soon. We have a little bit for everyone...

-3D Creature Sculpting with CG Workshops will start online again on February 4.

-I will be returning to teach Zbrush Character Creation at The Concept Design Academy in Pasadena.

- I will also be teaching a workshop with The Concept Design Workshop in Adelaide  January 21- February 1.
